I heard back from Blogger today, and the post that Nicky filed the fraudulent DMCA claim over is back up.
And I see that another one of Nicky's blogs has been taken down for violating a sites Term's of Service. how many does that make now? I've lost count.

YAY! Good for you Jenny! I got his blog.com site taken down, as well as got him banned from Dark Writers and Exile Asylum. I just feel bad that he is blaming others for my dirty deeds. But anyway, good for you that you've got your post back!
What sort of penalty does he have to pay for filing the fraudulent claim? 'Cause if there is none, he'll just keep doing it.
